Opus Amadeus Festival - Camerata Trajectina Concert


On February 13, 2017, Camerata Trajectina will perform during the Opus Amadeus Festival at Grand Pero Tiyatro Sahnesi in Beyoglu, Istanbul. Camerata Trajectina was founded in Utrecht and it is one of the oldest, most humorous, productive and enjoyable early music ensembles of the Old Continent.

Ankara Piano Festival - Arthur&Lucas Jussen concert


The famous Dutch pianists, and brothers, Arthur and Lucas Jussen will perform on January 29, 2017, at the CSO concert Hall during the Ankara Piano Festival. Lucas and Arthur have performed in collaboration with big names such as the ‘Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra’, the ‘Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra’ and ‘The Hague Philharmonic Orchestra’. They have also performed for the former Queen of the Netherlands, Beatrix, and they have accompanied the present King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima on their 'State Visit' to Poland.

Concert - Karsu - Play my strings


Karsu will be touring the Netherlands with her new show 'Play my Strings.'

Karsu is a multi-talent. The Dutch musician with Turkish roots is not only a gifted singer and pianist, but also a composer, musical arranger and lyricist. Karsu wrote almost all the compositions for her debut album CONFESSION (2012), as well as for her latest album COLORS (2015).

Stichting Yoncanil - Mehmet Polat Trio

The Mehmet Polat Trio is a spiritual yet adventurous meeting of three masters of their magical instruments: ney, kora and ud. With roots in the Ottoman, ancient Anatolian, Balkan and West African music traditions, the trio welcomes you with its musical authenticity. The original compositions are colored by daring improvisations and grooves, presented in an atmosphere of chamber music. The Mehmet Polat Trio invites you to a sincere musical journey from the past to the present.

Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra concert, led by Josef Suilen


On 23 December, 20:00, Dutch Josef Suilen will lead the Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra in Fulya Sanat Merkezi. He has done this before, in April this year, and the management asked him to lead the orchestra again.

Part of the program is Robert Schumann’s Piano Concerto in A minor, Op. 54.

Weval concert


Weval, a collaboration between two friends from the Netherlands Harm Coolen and Merijn Scholte, comes to Istanbul to perform in Zorlu PSM on 10 December.

Merijn’s musical background is trip-hop, Harm’s house and jazz music. They combine their different background into one unique sound.

Yuri Honing Accoustic Quartet


On 7 December, Dutch saxophonist Yuri Honing will perform in Borusan Müzik Evi, Istanbul. Yuri has given concerts in more than 90 countries and has an impressive discography. He won the Edison Jazz award in 2001. Together with his quartet, he will come to Istanbul to promote their latest album ‘Desire’.

Concert-Thomas Zwijsen


Thomas Zwijsen studied in Arnhem and Rotterdam and is best known for his arrangements of famous metal, rock and pop songs for classical solo guitar. He teamed up with Ben Woods to take their Master Guitar Tour on the road.
